Executive Manager Customer Experience, Marketing and Communications

Cara is one of South Australia's largest disability-services providers.  Working with more than 700 children and adults with disability, Cara employs more than 1000 staff members, Cara’s Possible People. In recent years Cara has undergone significant business transformation to improve and maintain organisational performance for long-term sustainability.  They wish to continue to enhance the Customer Journey experience and continue to grow which has led to this newly created position of Executive Manager Customer Experience, Marketing and Communications. 

Reporting to the Chief Executive and as a member of the Executive team, the Executive Manager Customer Experience, Marketing and Communications will be responsible for establishing and implementing a marketing, sales and promotion strategy.  The outcomes of that strategy will result in an exceptional Cara Customer journey experience, growth in Cara’s customer base ensuring that existing and new product and services continue to meet the needs of Cara’s customers and the positioning of Cara as a leading innovative profit for purpose organisation.
  
A collaborative and inspiring leader you will coach and mentor the Cara Connect, Public Relations and Rostering teams.  You will also work across the organisation to contribute to the continued understanding of the needs of their customers today and those of the future enabling Cara to have the systems, people and products to meet those needs.
  
We are seeking an Executive who understands modern customer behaviours and the use of ERP and CMS systems that enables data lead decision making. You will need to have exceptional high-level communication skills and experience in a senior marketing/sales position. That experience should be supported by tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field.

The salary package in the high $100’s including salary sacrificing benefits will attract the calibre of the candidate we seek.
