About Us:

Lily Jackson Hairdressing has locations in Darlinghurst and Potts Point in East Sydney, NSW. We are seeking someone to work across both sites (located just 3 minutes apart). We pride ourselves on the technical brilliance of our team and our commitment to customer service excellence. Our busy salons are in need of a talented customer service professional. Full training and guidance is provided.

This role is Full time, 40 hours per week.

Please note there is no ability to vary this roster and it is an in-salon role (no remote working).

  • Tuesday 11:15am - 7:00pm
  • Wednesday 10:45am - 8:00pm
  • Thursday 10:45am - 8:00pm
  • Friday 9:45am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday 8:45am - 6:00pm.

Salary: Up to $55,000 per annum

Responsibilities and Duties:

The primary focus of this role is customer service, sales and customer traffic flow in a busy and fast pace hairdressing salon environment.

You are responsible for effectively dealing with:

  • All enquiries via phone, email and social media;
  • Converting prospective clients;
  • Supporting team members with their clients;
  • Supporting the business from an operations perspective;
  • Preparing business reports;
  • Maintaining a constant watch over client satisfaction and smooth salon operations;
  • Managing and supporting a lively team of creative and fun hair stylists to achieve their KPI's;

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administration, phone based customer service and sales
  • Experience in a past paced office reception and face to face customer service
  • Experience in handling operational aspects of an office
  • Flawless communication skills - Able to speak English fluently and clearly
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and able to learn new software and technology programs easily
