Service Desk Operator

The opportunity

The Service Desk provides ICT support to 6 major Queensland Government departments. With that the team field roughly 6000 telephone calls per month. The Service Desk strives to be high performing, client focused team that provides timely, quality and value for money.  

What we are looking for?

We are looking for 4 experienced Service Desk Operators, who can handle requests for support whilst following agreed procedures. You will assess and promptly allocate calls so that they can be resolved efficiently.

Essential Qualifications/Certifications/Skills

  • Microsoft exchange 
  • Microsoft active directory 
  • Microsoft windows desktop and tablet operating systems
  • Microsoft 365 product suite 
  • Citrix
  • Data network communications
  • Mobile technologies (iPhone and iPad)
  • Use of InTune Company Portal and RSA SecurID tokens for mobility solutions.
  • Ivanti service desk software (or similar)
  • PureCloud call centre software (or similar)
