We are looking to recruit a enthusiastic and hospitality minded couple who have excellent sales and customer service skills to join our family owned & operated Tourist Park located in Regional NSW.
Responsibilities include a mix of administrative and front office skills, as well as general park duties and grounds work.
Both persons should possess good computer skills & be able to provide exceptional customer service
All aspects of reception & front office duties
Proven experience in general building, maintenance and grounds work
Ability to work in a team environment as well as possess the skills to handle individual situations
Requires a high level of attention to detail
Be energetic with the ability to be hands on in daily duties
Experience with Newbook or similar front office reservation system would be an advantage
Be prepared to be on-call, on a roster system which will incorporate constant weekends
Live on-site in accommodation provided (couple only)
Flexible attitude to work & work hours
Customer service orientated, with the desire to work in the Accommodation & Tourism Industry
Great communication & organisational skills
