We act in disputes ranging from multi-million dollar class actions to routine commercial litigation.

THE ROLE

Mentoring and career progression

The role will include the opportunity to work on matters with our senior litigators and Principals, as well as the autonomy to work on your own matters while being mentored and supervised by a senior litigator or a Principal. 

Our approach is to train, enable and promote our people through mentoring and a transparent merit based promotion model.

Join our team

Our class actions team includes some of the most experienced and creative lawyers working in the area. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants and run many of Australia’s most significant and complex class actions.

Our team is currently acting in an array of high profile class actions involving investor and shareholder claims as well as consumer and product liability claims.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will be an experienced commercial litigator. Class actions experience is not essential but desirable.

The ideal candidate:

  • is results and outcomes driven and has commitment to legal technical excellence for their level and experience;
  • can demonstrate academic excellence of at least a credit/distinction average qualifications.
  • has excellent analytical and communication skills – to contribute to the delivery of prompt and commercially astute advice;
  • can demonstrate strong commitment to client service and value added project delivery;
  • has well-developed relationship management ability;
  • is enthusiastic to be involved in business development activities;
  • is motivated to develop and progress; and,
  • has superior written and verbal communication skills;
