Office Administrator

About the role 

The Office Administrator will organise and coordinate the administrative duties to create and maintain an effective organised work environment. The role will also provide administrative support services to the General Manager.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Performing reception duties, including guiding visitors and ensuring Site visits are well organised and smoothly operated. 
  • Coordinating mail correspondence. 
  • Assisting with coordinating team meetings, catering, office stationary and supplies. 
  • Basic administrative duties such as printing, photocopying and scanning. 
  • Maintaining general filing system and correspondence. 
  • Providing support with administration of fortnightly payroll processing. 
  • Providing support to the Group Head Office to action corporate initiatives. 

About you

As an experienced Office Administrator you will be a motivated self starter, with a strong attention to detail.  

Additionally, you will have:

  • Ability to prioritise and mange workloads, whilst assisting the Site Management Team with tasks.
  • Strong communication, written and verbal, skills.
  • Strong experience in diary and time management, travel arrangements and expense claims.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Team player & great interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
