Plan Partners Support Coordination Administrator

Since signing up our first participant in October 2016 Plan Partners has rapidly grown to become Australia’s leading expert in NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination.

We are offering opportunities to suitably experienced and passionate people to join our growing business, supporting people with a disability to realise their goals in life.

In this 12 month Maximum Term position, the role of Support Coordination Administrator (SCA) is an important and integral part of the success of the Support Coordination teams through offering support and organisation, ensuring customer goals are met and expectations exceeded.

The SCA role provides ongoing assistance to Support Coordinator (SC)s and to low needs customers in their own customer list, through their specific well-developed skills in organisation, time management and finesse under pressure.

They also have the responsibility of screening intake calls and answering general questions about SC services and the NDIA and providing general admin support when required. Providing choice and control to participants through sourcing suitable providers and working with the customer to connect them with providers to meet their needs.

SCAs work collaboratively with the support coordination team to strive to achieve goals for our customers, and the role offers a great Segway into a flourishing and successful career in Support Coordination.

To succeed as a Support Coordinator Administrator with Plan Partners you will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in disability
  • Highly developed administration skills
  • Demonstrated high standard of organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise, achieve deadlines under pressure, work independently and as a member of a team
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships and work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive, highly confidential information
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work with people with diverse abilities, requirements and goals and translating complex concepts to be easily understood language
