Our Client is a well known and reputable Real Estate agency located in newly renovated, stylish offices on the North Shore.  This is a fabulous opportunity to join their polished and dynamic team in a newly created position overseeing a team of Sales Agents.

The primary purpose of the role will be to manage and motivate a team of 7 Sales Agents providing them with training, advice and coaching on a day-to-day basis.  You will establish and monitor individual business plans and conduct regular one-on-one's to ensure agents are on track to achieve their goals.  You will be responsible for recruiting and inducting top agents, conducting effective and motivating weekly meetings and training sessions whilst continually monitoring and driving team performance.

To be successful in this role you have a proven track record and success in managing Real Estate Sales teams along with strong team building and leadership skills.  You will have a passion for coaching and developing people as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Most of all, you will have a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.

Real Estate experience is essential.  The role is predominantly office based (with occasional requirements to use own vehicle, but not daily) and whilst it be required down the track, a Real Estate license is not essential at the onset of the role.

Flexible / Part Time Hours will also be considered. No weekend work!

Salary package is up to $200K (inc. base & super) plus an attractive commission structure to be negotiated with the successful candidate.
