The Job!

Key duties will include;

  • Being the knowledgeable face of the project
  • Providing general information on land estates including amenity, price and land size.
  • Obtaining customer information from inquiries to enter into CRM system
  • Daily work flow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etc.
  • Networking and stakeholder management
  • Any other general duties as required

About You!

We are looking for an equally passionate individual, who wants to embrace their job and will take genuine enjoyment out of coming to work every day. The successful individual will be smiley, bubbly, friendly, exceptional attention to detail and have superb organisational and interpersonal skills.

In addition, to the wish list above, you will also have the following;

Qualifications

  • Current drivers’ license and car, desirable
  • Agents Rep or License
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business administration is desirable

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ real estate sales experience (Preferably in the Land Retailing or building industry)

Competencies/ Skills

  • The ability to work independently and within a team and create an overall team spirit
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and strong relationships
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask
  • A passion for success and strong work ethic
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Detailed administrative skills
  • Approachable and friendly
