Maintenance Administrator (PRONTO)

Based in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, with operational satellite locations across regional Australia, MLG’s business has grown over the last 19 years to employ more than 700 employees and contractors across 20 sites. The Role

  • Monday – Friday 40-hour work week
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Kalgoorlie residential based

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager the main duties of the Maintenance Administrator will be:

  • Processing of all fault reporting in Pronto
  • Generation of all work orders associated with the maintenance operations across the business
  • Liaising with the Maintenance teams to ensure that work is completed
  • Ensuring all asset details are kept current and complete
  • Processing timesheets
  • Raising requisitions
  • Undertake and assist in special projects as required.
  • General administrative support to the Maintenance Manager

Skills and Experience

  • Pronto Plant Maintenance experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
  • Can do attitude and positive attitude toward to change
  • High efficiency with attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of PRONTO, Office 365, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A sound understanding of different types of road transport and surface mining fleet
  • A sound understanding of basic maintenance practices and the supporting paperwork required to manage the day to day maintenance of a large mobile fleet
