Hope & Glory is delighted to be supporting a leading therapy organisation in its search for an accomplished marketing and communications professional. Our client is a well-established business that is passionate about supporting people with disabilities, their families, and carers to reach their potential. In the position of Engagement Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering those outcomes while helping to drive the organisation forward with its ambitious growth plans.

Reporting to the CEO and leading a small team, you will develop and manage marketing, communications and engagement across Australia. You will be responsible for both strategy and execution across the marketing mix. Tasks will including (but not be limited to):

• Building the organisation’s reputation as a provider of a person-centred therapy services
• As the brand custodian, evolving the organisation’s reputation in a growing market
• Data driven focus; excellent digital marketing experience
• Developing the strategy for the generation of enquiries for services
• Positioning the business as an employer of choice
• Delivering internal communications to support organisational goals
• Team leadership and stakeholder management
• Budget and other resource management


You are a seasoned marketing leader who has the confidence to develop and deliver a full suite of marketing programs. Preferably from a services background, You will know that you are right to be considered for the role if your resume reflects the following:

• Strong skills as a senior marketer and communications practitioner
• Team leadership and stakeholder management experience
• A track record of delivering quantifiable commercial outcomes
• Appropriate degree qualifications.

This is an ongoing role to be offered either full time or as a 9 day fortnight. While there is flexibility, the ability to readily attend to the office (in ‘covid normal’ conditions) will be important. There are three office locations within 10km to 20km to the north and west of Melbourne’s CBD where your work might be conducted.
