What's on offer?

The Mahercorp team is looking to employ a customer focused and organised Contract and Tender Presenter to work within our team, across both our brands.

Within this role your responsibilities would include:

  • Provide a detailed appointment to ensure clients are fully aware of all MBAV contract requirements and other finer details within required time-frame.
  • Provide amazing customer service by answering all queries from clients - regarding contract, soil, survey etc.
  • Liaise with relevant department if contract has abnormalities and requires adjusting or if there are requested changes by client.
  • Have a thorough understanding of each supplier item to give maximum effect.
  • Follow up any un-signed contracts.
  • Update Framework/Click Homes with detailed client comments and appointment dates accordingly.
  • Liaise with relevant department to ensure signed contract is forwarded to client and bank/broker to get formal finance approval.
  • Maintain an NPS customer service rating of 4.5 stars or greater by obtaining client surveys on the day of appointment.
  • Adhere to our procedures for file management within the office.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a customer facing role within residential building/construction environment
  • Understanding of building regulations, building codes and various stages of residential building process
  • Understanding of the MBAV contract
  • Ability to interpret architectural plans
  • Intermediate computer skills in particular, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM programs
  • Experience with Framework and Click Homes Database systems is an advantage.
