Indigo (formally known as Independent Living Centre WA) is a not-for-profit organisation that supports all individuals, including people with disability, those who are aging, their families and carers, to live full and independent lives through the provision of allied health, assistive technology or home modification solutions. 


The Intake and Information team at Indigo is looking for a professional and friendly Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional services to our customers.  The roles involve working with customers to identify ways to assist them to live independently either through the use of assistive technology, home modifications or allied health services. 


The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in exceptional customer service and sound understanding of customer relationship management. It is desirable that the candidate has some knowledge in assistive technology / equipment and/or the aged and disability sector.  They will have experience in general administration, IT systems and databases, and have good attention to detail, a collaborative team approach and sound interpersonal skills. Background experience in NDIS / working with a disability provider and sales experience highly desirable
