Marketing Administrator

Marketing Administrator

The Marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting the marketing function at the Y Canberra in accordance to the marketing and communication plan and ensuring brand management of any materials that are produced.

 

About the role:

  • Providing marketing support to address internal business requirements
  • Supporting managers to effectively deliver marketing activities for clients in different business units and areas
  • Developing marketing content for client marketing collateral, e-newsletters, media releases, social media and websites
  • Developing and delivering in a calendar of planned periodic marketing activities such as email newsletters, CEO updates and production collateral for school holiday programs and seasonal events across the business
  • Liaising with external marketing suppliers and quality controlling for the production of online and offline marketing assets

 

About you:

  • Graduate or post graduate qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience and practical understanding of the marketing industry
  • Experience using technology in developing marketing materials and using digital marketing channels and tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with an ability to communicate to different stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent time management and ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of the team
