A sample day in the life of a Service Consultant

  • Answering queries relating to the company's products and services via phone, webchat, email, or social media.
  • Working with customers to assist them interacting with the business when completing applications, update account information, etc.
  • Documenting and escalating issues that require further analysis/action to resolve.
  • Collate and monitor customer feedback and complaints to support business improvements.
  • Conducting first-level collections tasks.
  • Provide support to the Sales team as required.

About You

  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in use of online tools (i.e. Microsoft Office applications) and basic troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and efficiently aligning work to strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a small and fast-paced team environment.
  • A fast learner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong time management skills.
  • A growth mindset!
  • Collections experience desirable.
