About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Officer for a permanent, full-time role, working across Wyangala Waters Holiday Park and Grabine Lakeside Holiday Park. This role forms a critical part of our wider organisational mission to elevate the standard for holiday parks by delivering outstanding results and establishing lasting relationships.

The Housekeeping Officer will work a rotational roster across a 7-day per week operation, including weekend and public holiday work.

In this role, you will be responsible for a high standard of friendly and welcoming customer service and maintaining the presentation of the park by undertaking the following duties:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, including directing guests within the park;
  • Undertaking housekeeping duties, such as linen changes, interior and exterior cleaning of cabins and surrounding areas and the replenishment of stock;
  • Assisting in cleaning duties for amenities, BBQ areas and other outdoor facilities;
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained by undertaking stocktake for the kiosk and compiling of records of cabin items;
  • Assist with kiosk duties, including food preparation and general customer service;
  • Follow Work Health and Safety procedures, identifying hazards and assessing and controlling safety risks.

Requirements

The successful applicants will be subject to the following:

  • National Criminal History Check or will have to provide evidence of recent clearance; and
  • Pre-Employment Medical Assessment including Functional Capacity or will have to provide evidence of recent successful assessments.

Applicants are also required to have the following:

  • Right to work in Australia and be able to provide evidence of this;
