About the Role

We are looking for a ICT Business Systems Support Officer to to assist with the implementation of business improvements through the maintenance and improvement of ICT systems . This role reports directly to our ICT Business Systems Manager and is based from our Head Office located at Darra. Note, this is not a Helpdesk Support role

This is the perfect opportunity for someone either looking to build their business system capability or for someone returning to the workforce in a flexible part-time (48 hours per fortnight) business support role.

This role focusses on development of training materials, UAT testing and identifying and recommendations for business improvements.

To fulfil this role you will have:

  • Business systems administration experience, particularly within Disability Services (NDIS).
  • A passion for developing user manuals with an interest in or experience in developing training materials for business systems
  • The ability to assess and prioritise business requests for system improvements and manage daily workflow to action these requests.
  • Some experience with or be interested in User Acceptance Testing for business system processes.
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring quality work outcomes.
  • Time management skills and the ability to be agile in reprioritising work to deliver team outcomes.
  • Strong capability with the Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill

What we’re also looking for:

  • High attention to detail, with logical and analytical thought processes
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable and confident interacting with a wide stakeholder group, able to adapt communication style according to audience
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • Confident in helping others to maximise their user experience of our ICT systems
  • Comfortable within an Agile environment, with evolving requirements
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Sharepoint, Skedulo and NetSuite will be an advantage.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is desired
  • SharePoint administration experience is desired.

To be considered for this role, you must also have:

  • Current Australian driver’s licence.
  • Current or be eligible to apply for a Working with Children Check (blue card) apply here for your blue card & Disability Services positive notice card (yellow card).
  • A certificate of completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
