RELIABILITY COORDINATOR

The Role: This is a full-time role responsible for leading and coordinating the reliability, asset management, maintenance and associated services of the winery, production, and operational areas of the business.  This position will provide preventative, reactive, and cost-efficient maintenance solutions to maximise operational uptime and minimise downtime.

What’s Required:  Ideally you will have a background in engineering, maintenance, electrical/electronic and mechanical control technologies, as well as asset management.  Other key requirements include:

  • Experience in relation to the coordination and supervision of others in an engineering/asset/infrastructure environment. 
  • An ability to research, develop and implement continuous improvements, technical and efficiency advancements.
  • Administrative skills and strong computer literacy across all platforms.
  • Experience in maintenance, upgrades, repairs and associated tasks in welding.
  • A high degree of mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
