Customer Service - Export Documentation & Logistics

About the Role: Based at our Head Office in Milawa (North East Victoria), we have a full-time vacancy that offers an administrative guru a great opportunity to join our customer service/export team. The position demands a high level of computer literacy (MS Office) as well as strong attention to detail as it is responsible for export documentation and logistics.

About You:   We are looking for a professional, customer-focused team member who likes to have fun.   You can demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication and organisational skills, along with analytical and problem-solving ability.  While you are happy to work as part of a team, you can also work autonomously.  Previous experience with export documentation would be a bonus!

We're looking for the following skills and experience:

  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a strong appreciation of customer service
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and work without direct supervision
  • Strong influencing skills
  • An understanding of export procedures and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation
  • An ability to work effectively under pressure when required
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and motivation skills
  • Ability to work within and participate as a member of a team
  • Current drivers’ licence
