IT Support Technician

Information Technology Support Officer

Part-Time Ongoing (minimum 20 hours) – 7 day roster position

The Information Technology Support Officer will provide support in managing the IT systems and assets of the Nature Parks.

To be successful in this position you will need to address the following criteria:

  • Experience within a Microsoft environment;
  • Working knowledge of network and routing protocols, e.g. TCP/IP, DNS
  • Good trouble shooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level customer service skills
  • Working towards, or have completed studies in IT or equivalent degree; and
  • Police Check.
