Citisight Cleaning Services Australia Pty. Ltd is Service provider firm who facilitate most of the government and commercial sector located in the Melbourne CBD and have been expertise in professional contractor services in Facility Management.

To further support and maintain the high standards during growth period, company require a Management Consultant specialist to join their highly driven and motivational organization team.

About the Role

The role is suited to candidates who have extensive experience in strategic management in the service sector.

  • Assisting the directors and owners in development of strategic plan to expand the business by analyzing and evaluating the present system, and structure within the organization.

  • Review the Strategic plan periodically to assess internal working and market share

  • Develop plan for staff to ensure efficiency in delivery of services to clients

  • Assist the Director’s on business and organisational shortcomings

  • Prepare procedure Manuals and other documents for staff

  • Preparing plans for a more efficient organisation by revising methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems

  • Undertaking and reviewing work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures such as administrative and clerical procedures.

  • Work with accounting team and other external or internal departments to develop better strategies for business development.

  • Prepare timely, informative reports for a range of management levels to enable informed decision making.

Key requirement

  • Previous experience in a management consulting or business improvement services role in Facility Management

  • Bachelor degree in Business, or higher in related field

  • Experience with journey mapping will be beneficial

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills with excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experienced in engaging with and coaching key stakeholders up to executive level in the delivery of business improvement services

  • You will be a natural leader with a high level of initiative, motivation and drive to succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Offered: $99K-$110K annual plus superannuation
