Customer Service Officer

Aviair Broome Base

Aviair is a long-established regional airline operating a fleet of thirty modern, air-conditioned aircraft across Australia’s north-west. Experiences include scenic air tours, charters and regional airline services connecting the Kimberley and Pilbara regions.

Having a role with the Broome-based Operations team means you are a part of delivering and supporting charter flights and services needed for all our clients and customers. We are seeking a positive and confident team player who is self-motivated and safety-focused, to provide an exemplary level of customer service with the opportunity to expand their skill sets further into the aviation sector.

Working as part of a team, and in conjunction with the Kununurra-based Operations team, you will be managing all aspects of the customer experience for RPT, Charter and Tourism clients from the Broome base. You will also be responsible for ground operations and office procedures within the Aviair Terminal, and for co-ordinating the operation of charter flights and freight distribution as part of the Broome Base Operations Team. 

Previous experience in aviation is advantageous but not essential, as full training and ongoing support is provided to strong candidates who can demonstrate dedication and willingness to learn new skills. We are seeking candidates who are committed to our region and are interested in up-skilling.

Successful applicants will have a proven track record of working independently with high attention to detail, possess high level computer literacy and excellent professional communication skills. They will be organised, have a strong sense of time management, take initiative, and be willing to perform a wide variety of duties within their role. This is a full-time, permanent position with the roster including work across weekends, public holidays and rotational on-call duties
