About us

The Property Inspectors (TPI) are a small boutique building consultancy business with a number of fieldworkers carrying out a vast range of building and strata complex reports for our clients.Our office is a small but very busy fast paced environment with many daily and weekly deadlines that must be met. We are looking to add to our current back office administration and scheduling team in order to serve our clients to the highest level of customer service, and we are seeking a candidate for a LONGTERM POSITION.We work for real estate agents, solicitors, architects and strata managers, all with specific requirements that need a smart, witty and efficient operator to take and process their orders to maintain a high level of customer service and quality reports being issued in a timely manner.We are seeking a candidate to fulfil our back office administration and scheduling team requirements, together with seeking new business and maintaining current systems & procedures.

Qualifications & experience


  • Must be able to manage a high level of stress and daily deadlines
  • Must be able to schedule works within Sydney plus North and South coasts within 200km of Sydney CBD
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be comfortable with working with computers in general with a reasonable high level of computer literacy and fast-paced data entry skills
  • Advantageous (but not mandatory) if you have building, real estate, strata or insurance industry experience
  • Must be Fluent in English 
  • Must be prepared to work 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday with after hours required should there be a deadline to be met


Tasks & responsibilities


  • Manage a team of fieldworkers in assigning tasks and projects
  • Scheduling new works, issuing invoices, collecting payment
  • Doing peer reviews on incoming reports
  • Uploading reports to website and issuing reports to clients
  • Running weekly reports
  • Tendering for new works
  • Maintain existing client expectations & relations
  • New Business Development Management
  • Processing of online sales/data entry
  • Able to use multiple different softwares in order to process orders and release reports
