Our client is coming into their busy Christmas Period and looking to expand their existing team of call centre superstars with TWO permanent full-time team members. These guys work with fun and evolving technology in the health and fitness space (Consumer Electronic Products). 

They design, manufacture and market their own products ensuring they deliver the highest quality, best value and captivating designs with features that enhance consumers lives.
Their next customer service representative will be responsible for providing the upmost level of customer service on the phones, via emails and on the web. With your proven track record of resolving customer issues and experience in providing support to customers in a call-centre environment, YOU are the ideal candidate!

The Role:
  • Customer Service and after sales customer support
  • Provide complex technical advice and support to customers (Phone, Email & Web) - Full Training Provided
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone
  • Document and report failures, product improvements & issues impacting customer satisfaction
  • Maintain product knowledge (Product operations, specifications & capabilities)
  • Located in Western Sydney
You will have:
  • A technical mindset and passion for all things tech/IT related
  • Prior call centre experience (Mandatory)
  • A car to get to work, the office is not located near public transport
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • An exceptional level of customer service
  • Excellent and clear communication (Written & Verbal)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
  • The desire to grow within the tech space
