Car Mods Australia has been operating since 2010, growing to become an industry-leading automotive online parts reseller specialising in performance products.  The company’s retail showroom and warehouse is based in Ashmore on the Gold Coast.  Car Mods Australia is an importer, wholesaler and online retailer of a large catalogue of quality branded products from hundreds of suppliers around the world.


About the role:

Car Mods Australia is seeking a professional and experienced office admin assistant to join our growing team.  

The role will see you entering invoices and purchase orders along with other general admin duties to support our customer service, sales and warehouse teams.  

You will be in charge of ensuring the accurate entry of data into our CMS, it is absolutely mandatory that you are an organised, methodical and thorough person. 
 

Who we are looking for:

  • You must have 3+ years experience as an office admin assistant with an extremely high level of attention to detail
  • You must enjoy a fast paced environment at a growing company which focuses on the customer at all times
  • You will be responsible for chasing suppliers for ETA's and information on missing purchase orders on a daily basis
  • You will be responsible for the entry of invoices, pricing, purchase orders and other data into our CMS
  • You will report to the Operations Manager
  • Experience in ecommerce or retail is highly favourable but not neccessary
  • You will be committed to your own personal development and have a strong desire to continually learn and grow
  • You must have a sick addiction to being process driven and get a kick out of everything being 100% accurate and correct at all times!
