Festivals Officer Creative Producer


With strong organisational and people skills, you will be able to work collaboratively, building positive and proactive networks across a range of stakeholders. You must have experience in curating and delivering festivals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist to develop and implement the festival program informed by the Festival Coordinator, Manager of Arts and Culture and the City of Fremantle’s strategic plan.
  • Lead festival logistical delivery; plan, develop and maintain relationships with festival contractors, emergency services, stakeholders and artists.
  • To work closely with other city business unit staff and external contractors to ensure the smooth delivery of all festivals.
  • To build working relationships with key industry professionals to improve the City’s ability to deliver high quality programming with high production values across all festivals.
