What we’re doing…
As a key member of our Audience and Marketing team you will experience interesting and challenging work. We are passionate about building scalable strategies to drive step-change in the understanding of audiences. Our team set the brand vision for our company - what our identity stands for, how we educate the property market through the right data and insights and how best to communicate stories that matter.

As a Journalist & Content Producer, you will develop original and compelling News editorial content for and The content will be used on site, social, eDMs and app.

In addition, you will be expected to:

  • Write quick-turnaround daily news articles on issues impacting the property and housing market
  • Leverage data and collaborate with in-house data analysts and economists to provide in-depth coverage of property market issues impacting consumers and customers
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external content partners on the creation and delivery of editorial and video content
  • Assist the News Editor and Managing Editor with the commissioning of content through external contributors
  • Sub-editing, picture editing and working with galleries and video uploads and tagging all content appropriately for SEO and personalisation
  • Ensure content is delivered to the web in a timely and consistent manner

Who we’re looking for…
We’re looking for somebody who possesses the following skills and abilities:
  • Demonstrated experience in editorial and newsrooms across print, magazines, digital and television (of course, preferably in the property, economics or finance space!)
  • Experience with creating and curating editorial and video content (you will understand content aggregation)
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to connect important news moments and the implications that major events have on the property market
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills - both internal and external
  • The ability to work effectively towards deadlines
  • Photoshop skills are desirable, but not compulsory
