The Role
Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as a Customer Service, with key responsibilities including.

  • Handle inbound calls from external and internal customers
  • Administrative duties within Supply Chain and Customer Service
  • Processing customer orders
  • Updating and maintaining the customer data base regularly
  • Resolving a variety of email requests
  • Verifying orders with customers
About you
  • Previous experience in Operations Support and Customer Service
  • Experience in using SAP (desirable but not essential)
  • Immediately available
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Team player
