Administrative Support Officer

Great opportunity to join the South Coast Branch of the National Parks & Wildlife Service in an administrative and customer service focused role.


  • Administrative Support Officer, Clerk Grade ¾
  • Temporary 12 month role
  • Located in Narooma
  • Starting salary $72,418 plus super

About the role
This pivotal role is relied upon to ensure the smooth running of the area and is key in the successful management of a range of internal and external stakeholders.  You will be responsible for providing quality customer service and administrative support services across finance and human resources business operations.  As you will be providing support to the Manager Area, Senior Field Staff and Team Leader Ranger we are looking for experienced administrators that also have excellent communication skills with strong time management and coordination skills.


Essential requirements of the role

  • Experience in administration including experience in the use of computer based systems such as word processing, spreadsheet and records management systems.
  • Knowledge of financial and human resource management procedures, policies and practices, and contract administration.
