Our General Manager, Culture & Capability is looking for a right-hand-person and chief cheerleader to help plan, coordinate and analyse performance on a range of exciting parallel projects this year.

In this newly designed role, being offered for 6 months, you will play an integral role in facilitating the agreement of resource allocation, performance measures and deliverable timelines. Your ability to provide direct administrative support to projects as directed by the GM – Culture & Capability, will see you create and maintain project documentation, ensuring a core set of project coordination templates and tools are available for ongoing use across the portfolio.

  
Your primary focus will be:  
  • Providing accurate and up to date reporting on project activities to the GM C&C and management team 
  • Identifying and escalating project risks and issues to the GM C&C to enable rapid problem-solving 
  • Working closely with subject matter experts in the P&C data, systems and reporting team and Business Intelligence to optimise use of existing data and technology 
  • Facilitating clear and consistent lines of communication between project leads within the Culture & Capability portfolio, the GM, and other project stakeholders including other P&C colleagues and operational leaders 
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation including timelines, resource plans and meeting records, building a set of templates and tools for ongoing use  

About you

  
Along with being a gun project coordinator with the ability to facilitate fast, transparent and productive communication, you will model commitment to a high-performance culture that is aligned to Bolton Clarke’s core values. Your experience in project planning in a fast-paced service organisation and ability to analyse project activity, tackle hurdles and make effective decisions while juggling multiple interdependent project timelines will be highly regarded.


The successful candidate will have:  
  • A high level of critical thinking and ability to identify opportunities and resolve issues 
  • Ability to provide logistics support and enthusiasm for coordination of multiple parallel initiatives in a timely and effective manner 
  • High level communication and collaboration skills 
  • A strong work ethic and hands on approach  
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Project Management or Data & Analytics highly regarded
