IT Support Officer

Law In Order is a global organisation and the leading supplier of end to end document and digital solutions to the legal industry. We provide expert litigation support through our cost-effective document production, expert discovery management and specialist court services to law firms, legal teams and Government.
 
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an IT Support Officer to join our IT team to assist in the support and delivery of technology solutions and services. Reporting to the IT Manager, the key duties of the role include:
  • Provide local and remote level 1/2 IT support
  • Monitor and troubleshoot systems and networks as required
  • Manage software and hardware installations
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
  • Manage user accounts and logins
  • Manage backup and recovery activities
  • Ad hoc duties as required
This is a fulltime role based in our Sydney CBD offices (remote working available). You may be required to work after hours as needed.
 
Ideal Candidate
This role would suit someone who has a passion for solving IT problems and participating in the delivery of quality solutions and services in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working alone and within a great team of professionals and you are keen on developing technical and customer experience in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or similar experience in an equivalent role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and within teams
  • Ability to work to deadlines and within agreed service levels
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Cloud applications. e.g. Office 365, Azure, etc.
