We’re seeking the services of an Area Manager to enhance our clients market presence.

Your new company
Hays Sales are working with a national client with a long and successful working history supporting Australia’s commercial and industrial sectors. This national organisation delivers a wide range of tailored innovated cleaning solutions to best improve their client business practices.

Your new role
To assist their growth forecast for 2020/21 we’re now seeking an experienced account manager and sales professional. You’ll be responsible for maintaining business excellence and assisting in the enhancement of the businesses market position, with a focus on personnel management and ultimately the entire local client base. Additionally, the position will see you work in an active and hands on capacity assisting operations staff under your direction whilst be responsible for the planning and execution of production services.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a proven background in business and major account management, be proficient in office administration duties and possesses strong relationship skills as they will be paramount for this challenging and diverse role. To be successful in this position it is essential that you bring forwards a very honest and trusting nature, take pride in seeing those under your tutelage grow and be comfortable in taking on tasks outside of your core duties. Experience in people management is vital and preferably you’ll be experienced with large scale hygiene and cleaning services and or possess a transferable knowledge base.
