Property Management Assistant


This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your real estate career, you will be joining a highly experienced property management team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Landlord and Tenants
  • Phone and email enquiries
  • Ingoing, Outgoing & Routine Inspections
  • Coordinate Open Homes
  • Assisting with Property Management administration & documentation
  • Attending to maintenance requests

  • You have exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • You are able to work in a fast paced environment
  • You are flexible and able to operate successfully in a team and autonomously.
  • You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
  • You have great attention to detail
  • You will need to be computer literate
  • This is the career you want and you are driven to succeed. 
  • You will have an Assistant Agent Certificate or are willing to complete the certificate as soon as possible. 
  • You must have a Current Drivers Licence
  • You own a reliable car
