People and Culture Manager

  • Newly created strategic people and culture role

A well-established, reputable and globally connected financial services firm has entered a growth phase, and is seeking a HR professional to build and drive their people strategy through this transition.

As a strategic HR professional, you will have the opportunity to work very closely with the executive team to design and implement a HR business plan, and have the support of a HR Advisor for delivery.

The Role
  • Design and implement the HR framework
  • Develop an employer of choice brand, by building a people attraction and retention strategy
  • Provide reporting and present on key indicators to support business direction and improve performance
  • Develop strong key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  •  Create and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Build an internal training and development program
Your Experience

You will have demonstrable experience in a strategic HR position, implementing and delivering people strategy. Your previous experience in either a standalone role or small HR team, within financial services will be looked upon favourably. In addition, you will be confident in working closely with a leadership team, identifying coaching and mentoring opportunities. Finally, your compliant and regulatory background will not go unnoticed.
