Human Resources Administration Officer

To do this, we have a dedicated team of HR practitioners partnering with business stakeholders to guide, support and advise Managers on how to engage with their workforce effectively through the implementation of effective people initiatives and practices. As an integral part of this team you will assist with all facets of administration and day to day support of the team.

With a focus on achieving high standards of service within a professional and client focussed environment, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering and maintaining our HRIS system and record compliance;
  • Completing administrative functions related to recruitment and selection and  on-boarding of new staff members and termination and separation processes;
  • Preparation and maintenance of personnel and workcover files and associated paperwork and processes;
  • Develop and maintain various employee databases;
  • Provide first point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders;
  • Identify and implement process improvement of administrative functions, ensuring practices are streamlined and user friendly;
  • Data collection and presentation of data as required for reports; and
  • Provision of general project support to all team members.

We are looking for someone with a spark, who thrives off being busy and can maintain a positive energy that is infectious. Along with a focus on process improvement, you will have a service delivery mentality and possess great computer and data skills. You must also demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of privacy and confidentiality. You may be starting of your journey in HR or, ideally have some exposure to HR that you wish to build upon.
