About the Team

 

As part of the broader Member Experience Business Unit, we ensure the voice of the member is represented in all CPA Australia’s activities. The Member Experience Business Unit works closely with all other parts of the organisation and has responsibility for the Australian and New Zealand Divisional offices, building and maintaining relationships with members, employers and other stakeholders. We design and coordinate member events, provide comprehensive and personalised membership services, while driving and supporting transformational change.

 

About the Role?

 

We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Member Experience division for a Member Experience Executive. You will provide a high level of advice, service and expertise to members in the Division assisting CPA Australia deliver its vision of being known as the world’s best member service organisation as set out in the strategic plan.

This role involves being the local face of CPA Australia in the divisional office servicing the members, providing administration support to the Divisional General Manager and Division where necessary. It will also involve assisting other Divisions when necessary.

 

Key responsibilities include

 

  • Collaborating and being the face of CPA with External Stakeholders
  • Organising Events and functions on behalf of CPAs Stakeholders.
  • Ongoing management and administration of varying projects from each Council/Committee/Branch or Discussion Group.
  • Building collaborative working relationships with staff at all levels within the Division and CPA Australia.
  • Administrative support via meetings – agenda, minutes, action items
  • Telephone, email, Answering email inboxes to organizational wide standards, within the correct time frames.
  • Ensure all documentation and feedback is recorded within CPA Australia’s CRM.

 

About You

 

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

 

  • Previous experience in a customer service or member services role
  • Experience working within a member-based organisation will be highly regarded
  • A collaborative approach to working with colleagues
  • Strong Time Management skills
  • Working knowledge Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to commit to a 6 month contract, with the potential to extend
