ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the GM, the Strategic Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important, major customers. Assigned to a portfolio of major customers, the Strategic Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives.  

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Represent the entire range of tailored solutions
  • Leading the customer account planning cycle
  • Ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key contacts
  • Coordinates all relevant stakeholders
  • Exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs
  • Manage the delivery of projects for customers
  • Lead solution design to best address customer needs
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely problem resolution
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills
  • Superior positive customer management expertise
  • Extensive account management background in warehousing, logistics and/or transport
  • Microsoft office skills and experience with CRM software desirable
