How will I help?
As a Team Member, Unsecured Loans within Business and Everyday banking, you will support all customer applications for Consumer Finance Applications. The team manage various means of customer communications, including phone, email, online and in branch enquiries. Your role will be to provide a complex analysis of customer applications and liaising with the appropriate stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome, whilst providing exceptional customer service at all points, within service level timeframes and at the highest standard.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role you will be a customer service superstar! With servicing our customers at the forefront of everything you do. As well as this you will have exception communication experience, both written and oral and be able to communicate via various means. You will be able to verify applications with minimal rework so you will need high attention to detail and also have the ability to interpret data and extract information as required.
You will have proven experience delivering high standards of customer service within agreed service levels within a high volume, productivity-driven environment and the ability to follow processes and instructions, apply legislative and compliance standards and knowledge of operations risk applicable to the busines. You will be able to use multiple systems and you will also be resilient, remain calm and be able to handle customer queries with empathy and understanding. You’re a team player and you will also have a great ability to not only work autonomously but take responsibility.
