About the role

We are currently seeking a proactive, customer service focused and flexible Product Coordinator, Business Systems who thrives in a complex and sometimes challenging environment to join our Shared Services Team on a full-time, fixed term (12 months) basis.

As the Product Coordinator, Business Systems, you will be responsible for implementing digital solutions to meet customer and organisational needs. You will also participate in the design, development and management of value-add business systems and technologies.

Key accountabilities for this position include:

  • Support the implementation of digital solutions to ensure customer and business needs are met, including exploring contemporary practices, processes, systems and structures;
  • Collaborate and gather feedback and suggestions from customers to understand operational and user requirements;
  • Contribute to long- and medium-term strategies linked to business systems and digital technology transformation;
  • Collaborate with teams to design and develop value-creating business systems and products;
  • Support the project lifecycle linked to digital and business system implementations, from ideation to retirement;
  • Coordinate and follow agile project management methodologies and processes;
  • Deliver project initiatives in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and project plans; and
  • Coordinate delivery of workshops, presentations and educations sessions.

About you

We are looking for an analytical thinker, who enjoys researching and communicating solutions, is organised and ready for the next challenge in their career. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Exposure to elements of conceptualising, scoping, designing and developing digital technologies and business systems;
  • Experience gathering and using data, research, insights and customer feedback to inform and apply to the development of business systems;
  • Exposure to user experience, wireframing and interface design;
  • Project management experience with agile methodologies – desirable.
  • High level communication (written, verbal and listening), negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Commitment to quality, able to prioritise and self-motivation to achieve deadlines;
  • Intermediate skills across a breadth of digital tools, such as Microsoft Suite, CRM’s, ERP’s, Marketing Automation and Atlassian Suite;
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g IT, Computing or Business);
  • Certifications in Project Management, agile practices or similar;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • The ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
