We are now searching for a casual customer service guru to work at Gungahlin Leisure Centre. Our customer service officers are passionate about creating awesome experiences and building strong relationships within the community.

 

About the role

 

We are looking for someone who has a range of availabilities to work on a rotating roster. Availabilities will range between 5:30AM and 9:30PM (operational hours) and weekend work will be required. 

 

The role will see you meet and greet customers, respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone calls and face to face as well as perform general administration tasks.  You will ensure all enquiries, bookings and issues are managed accurately and support other departments when required.  The role will give you the opportunity to build strong customer experiences and lasting relationships with our members and guests. 

 

The successful candidate will be available for various afternoon shifts as well as weekend work. Afternoon shifts can start anywhere from 1:00PM and end anytime before 9:30PM. Weekend shifts have various hours between open and close.

 

About you

 

You are self-motivated and have a passion for customer satisfaction.  You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem solving.  Your superior customer service and admin skills along with your ability to build rapport with people will see you excel in this role! 

 

You will also come with the following

 

  • Current CPR certificate
  • Previous experience in administration/customer service role
