About us

Howell Builders is a mid sized Commercial Building Company located in High Wycombe. We are seeking a full time Receiptionist/Office Admin Assistant to join our busy team.

Qualifications & experience

  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good typing skills
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of Xero (preferred by not a requirement)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Taking deliveries
  • Opening mail
  • Scanning
  • Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Ordering of stationary, uniforms and general office amenities
  • Accounts payable
  • Employee timesheet collation
  • Generating purchase or work orders


  • Full Time Position
  • Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm)
  • Free onsite parking
