Howell Builders is a mid sized Commercial Building Company located in High Wycombe. We are seeking a full time Receiptionist/Office Admin Assistant to join our busy team.
Qualifications & experience
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good typing skills
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Xero (preferred by not a requirement)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Taking deliveries
- Opening mail
- Data Entry
- Ordering of stationary, uniforms and general office amenities
- Accounts payable
- Employee timesheet collation
- Generating purchase or work orders
- Full Time Position
- Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm)
- Free onsite parking
