Contact Centre Service Officer

  • $29.44ph+ super
  • Part Time Position
  • Contract until 19th Oct 2021

About the role
The Contact Centre Service Officer is responsible for delivering efficient, passionate and specialised services to all members, customers and colleagues.
Types of interactions with customers include phone, email, fax, web chat and social media.
We are looking for someone to join the team part time, Monday- Fri, 25hrs per week 12pm-5pm (flexible) in their West End contact centre.


Duties

  • Respond to all interactions in a positive, thoughtful and knowledgeable manner
  • Resolve customer enquiries
  • Listen to customers to get a better understanding of their needs and offer solutions
  • Troubleshoot enquires relating to online banking
  • Troubleshoot technical enquiries relating to secure websites and mobile applications
  • Assist customers navigate online banking platforms
  • Work in a professional manner, always striving to eliminate mistakes and reduce errors
  • Provide accurate, friendly service
  • Achieve all individual KPI’s
  • Ensure technical knowledge and skills are up to date and maintained
  • Reception and switchboard tasks (where applicable)

Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in contact centres
  • Experience working in Banking and Finance
  • FSR Tier 2 Accreditation highly regarded
  • Must be able to complete an online contact centre simulator test
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills
  • Practical problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to deal with a variety of member situations and behaviours
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Typing speed of 30wpm with high accuracy
  • Tech savvy, familiar with communicating via social media platforms
