Project Architect / Designer

With a high-profile luxury CBD project, we are currently seeking a range of 5 – 8 years experienced Architects to join our team through Design Development and Documentation.

This is a career opportunity to join our team with direct experience in Multi Residential towers.

Complex Revit delivery is essential for this role.

Your background will ideally include working on luxury multi-residential, hotel, and commercial projects, inclusive of local experience across NSW. The right candidate will be confident working across all project stages and have a strong focus on design, quality and presentation.

What we expect from you:

  • Work as a part of a large project team focussed on documentation and delivery
  • Responsible for development and coordination of key documentation packages
  • Work closely with external consultants
  • Document projects from test fit to completion (Revit focused)
  • Undertake package reviews
  • Lead key documentation packages and manage Revit models
  • Production of high-quality working drawings, detailing, delivery and implementation of drawing packages
  • Work collaboratively with our senior practice leaders

Your skills and experience:

  • Be a graduate (Masters) architect with a minimum of five years’ postgraduate experience
  • Coordination of complex projects in a similar role
  • High proficiency and technical skills & experience documenting in Revit and Navisworks
  • Demonstrated understanding of the planning and approval process – BCA, DDA & Town planning is highly regarded
  • Experience in high rise developments, with focus multi-unit residential detail resolution beneficial
  • Excellent eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Personable character with exceptional communication skills
  • Strong commitment to maintain professional development
  • Thorough knowledge of BCA, Australian standards, and Apartment design Guide.
  • Ability to work well within teams or autonomously
  • Strong ability to work and deliver in flexible working environments
