Qualifications & experience

  • Relevant Property Management and/or administration experience preferred but not essential as training is provided
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Current real estate registration certificate
  • Fantastic organisation and time management skills
  • Immaculate presentation and well-groomed with awesome communication skills
  • Must work well under fast paced and vibrant environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess a strong proactive work ethic
  • Initiative and ability to work both in an unsupervised environment
  • Be able to speak mandarin will be a great advantage but not essential

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Property inspection and administration
  • Managing repairs and maintenance, maintaining communication with landlords and tenants
  • Establishing business relationships with customers and maintaining long-term connections
  • Routine Inspections
  • Managing arrears and relevant legal issues
  • Participating in general duties and related tasks in the office
  • Managing tenancy enquiries
  • Processing applications and undertaking reference check
  • Preparation of tenancy documents
  • Advertising properties
