About us

The Stantec community unites approximately 22,000 employees working in over 350 locations across six continents. We collaborate across disciplines and industries to bring buildings, urban places, water, transport and infrastructure projects to life.

But wherever Stantec is located it is our local teams who have the skills, experience and knowledge to drive the projects in their own back yards. Across Australia and New Zealand, our local offices of award-winning multi-disciplinary engineers have been helping both private and government clients build communities for 60 years. With offices in every major city, we’ve contributed to many significant projects across the ANZ region, with support from our regional bases.

We are proud of all our people and they genuinely enjoy working for us – a fact backed by our award as an “Aon Best Employer” a record eight times in the last decade (seven consecutively).  In the last five years, we also acquired seven industry awards – a reflection of our employees’ dedication to quality service delivery.

When we take on a project, we see the opportunity to make a lasting connection with the people and places where we live and work.
