We are looking for an administrator extraordinaire to join our dynamic team in the Western Suburbs. This full time position is to support a growing department, consisting of 8 Commercial Property Managers and 4 administration staff, with procedures ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
A large part of the role is preparing a personalised end of month reports for over 200 clients, as well as correspondence for rent reviews, audits, reconciliations, and maintenance. You will be responsible for monitoring and updating of schedules such as insurances, bank guarantees, and management authorities. In addition there will be general filing, scanning of leases, preparing leasing instructions and sending out welcome packages to new tenants.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Excel is required, and experience with MRI will be a benefit but is not essential.
Whilst the role requires a very dedicated and focussed person with exceptional organisation and attention to detail, the office is an energetic and fun place to work where a positive culture has been created. Initiative is always encouraged and collaboration and working well with others is essential.
A training / handover period will be used to upskill the successful applicant and provide guidance.
Remuneration is negotiable based on experience and knowledge.
