You will perform a broad range of administrative, technical, project and client service support functions to students and stakeholders. You will maintain a working knowledge of tertiary education, regulations and reporting requirements. This will enable you to field, address and resolve all types of enquiries within agreed service timeframes.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse community.
  • Ability to develop, maintain and liaise effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft or similar, and customer relations systems.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with proven time management and problem solving skills.
