An excellent opportunity exists for a Receptionist with Administration skills to join the Leisure Pools team. Leisure Pools is a dynamic, customer focused manufacturing company based in Yatala on the Gold Coast. With facilities on the Gold Coast and the USA we are one of the largest fibreglass pool manufacturers in the world exporting pools around the globe.
This position is available at our Australasian Head Office Based in Yatala and is ideal for a candidate willing to work as part of a small team but with global impact.
We are seeking a friendly, customer focused, organised, self starter for our front counter Reception to greet customers and answer calls and who will also assist with Administration tasks.
The role suits applicants with a friendly, customer focused attitude, who are organised and have attention to detail.
The successful applicant must have proven experience in the following:
- Customer Focused roles including Reception and answering customer phone calls and emails;
- General Office and Administration support including filing, scanning and archiving office documentation;
- Data entry and other ad-hoc office duties;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Use of Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
