The Role 
In this permanent full time role, based in Richmond, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the implementation and future development of Epworth’s organisation-wide strategy and strategic program of work. You will be part of the Group PMO and report to the Director, Group PMO.


You’ll make an impact by:

  • Supporting each site, service and function within Epworth to develop and implement strategic and annual operational plans and programs of work
  • Delivery of agreed strategic programs of work and coordination of a pipeline of strategic projects
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress against the strategic plan and the programs of work
  • Researching new opportunities that align with the existing strategy


To be successful in this role…
You have demonstrated success in management consulting and seek to take this experience ‘client side’. Understanding the importance of stakeholder engagement in strategy and operational delivery, you are a natural communicator and can develop and maintain strong working relationships. You are confident with Microsoft 365 and are highly proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.


You will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications e.g. Business, etc.
  • Healthcare experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated research and analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience working in a complex, changing and service-oriented organisation
