Due to unforeseen delays, this general management role remains available, offering a highly experienced and professional sales leader in the copier, office solutions, print production and imaging industry an outstanding opportunity to build on the solid market growth achieved over the past couple of years.

This is a residential role based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, where you will report directly to the Group CEO. FIFO is NOT an option.

In this hands-on role, you are directly responsible for coaching your sales and service teams while personally managing the company's top corporate customers. Working with Group Shared Services, you will contribute to all company sales, marketing, product positioning and strategic planning activities. 

Forming strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, you will help devise and implement a strategic plan for further development of your network nationally. Working closely with your internal business partners, you will assist in formulating pricing initiatives and then continuously drive revenue and profitability.

You strongly believe in a "Customer First" approach as you 'exceed the expectations' of our customers, providing them with a holistic range of quality, end-to-end document, print and service solutions. You will have deep, hands-on knowledge of high to low end laser printers, Multi-Function Devices, fax machines and label printers.

To be considered for this highly visible role you must first have more than five years' hands-on experience in sales and marketing in the Copier, Document Solutions and Hardware channels. You are an experienced people leader, highly motivated and in your element working towards realistic sales targets.
